Welcome to Computer Gardens ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our products, services, and any interactions with our shop located in Nairobi, Kenya. By purchasing from us or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Products and Services
- We sell computers, TVs, Printers, accessories, software, and related products.
- We offer repair, maintenance, and IT support services (if applicable).
- Product availability is subject to stock. Prices may change without notice.
3. Payments
- Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, mobile money (M-Pesa), and bank transfers.
- Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise.
4. Warranties and Returns
- Hardware: Manufacturer’s warranty applies. We assist with claims but are not liable for manufacturer defects.
- Software: Licensed software is non-refundable unless defective.
- Repairs: We provide a 7-day warranty on labor for repairs unless otherwise stated.
- Returns: Products must be returned in original condition with a receipt and seal, within 48-Hours for a refund or exchange (exclusions apply).
5. Liability
- We are not responsible for data loss during repairs—customers should back up their data.
- We are not liable for misuse of products or unauthorized modifications.
6. Privacy Policy
- Customer information is kept confidential and used only for service purposes.
- We do not share data with third parties without consent unless required by law.
7. Delivery (If Applicable)
- Delivery fees depend on location.
- Risk of damage/loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Kenyan law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
